• What does the app cost? The Reliqra app is free to download; bring your own Greysheet® key to unlock dealer-tier pricing.
• Where can I use Reliqra? Reliqra runs across iOS, Android, the browser extension, the Cloud portal, and the web — one connected inventory on every surface. Learn more.
• What can it identify? Coins, cards, comics, and currency — with Greysheet® pricing and live melt value for coins.
• How do the app, Cloud, and extension connect? They share one source of truth, so an item captured in the app appears in the Cloud, and selling on a stream marks it sold everywhere.
• How do I install live-show label printing? Download the signed Print Bridge 1.0.0 desktop app for macOS or Windows from the Print Bridge page, then follow the illustrated setup guide. The bridge works only through an authenticated Reliqra browser extension. The Chrome Web Store now lists extension 1.1.57 with Print Bridge controls. Your browser must update the extension before those controls appear.
• Why does the test-label QR not open a real item? PID 999999 is fictional and checks print quality and QR readability. To verify inventory lookup, open an existing Whatnot order whose PID is already in your Reliqra inventory, choose Print PID label in the extension, and scan that label while signed into the same workspace.
• Why does a label open Reliqra Dev? An older Dev app can claim the same product links as Reliqra. Open the production Reliqra app and use its scanner while signed into the matching workspace. Update your Dev build before using the phone camera to open production labels.
• Does “Ready” mean Print Bridge is installed? It means the installed bridge is connected and a printer queue is available. It does not verify the loaded stock or paper output. Open Reliqra Print Bridge in Applications on Mac to see its version and connection diagnostics.
• Why does Printopia work while the direct printer clips the label? Each queue has its own paper preset. The extension’s Label setting sizes the artwork; a blank Queue media/profile keeps the queue default. Match that default to the loaded stock. For DYMO Wireless with 1 × 1½-inch stock, the tested driver preset is 30347, not 30256 Shipping. Print one test label after changing it.
• Why did a browser print dialog open? This is the manual fallback. Confirm the printer, matching label stock, and 100% scale in the dialog. For direct printing, check the Print Bridge connection, selected printer, and label size in the extension. Extension 1.1.57 contains a rendering fix for the 1.5 × 1-inch clipping issue, but the corrected fallback has not been verified on physical stock and remains a known limitation. Prefer Print Bridge where available. Before relying on the fallback, update from 1.1.56, check the complete preview and verify one label. If the preview clips the PID or text, stop and contact support with the preview, printer model, and stock size. A preview that is already clipped will not be repaired by scaling the printout.
• What support is included with Reliqra Pro? Pro includes platform reliability, account/data access support, and fixes for issues affecting the service. Custom onboarding, marketplace cleanup, live-sale help, and individualized operating support are available through business services.

• Signed in? Submit a ticket from Reliqra Cloud ▸ Help & Support — you can attach screenshots and track replies there.
